On Saturday, April 24, The Drift held a painting party fundraiser, iDrift 1.0. Hosted at Little Mountain Gallery, just about everyone who came out had a turn at painting. 30 blank canvasses, music by DJ Fattie, and very reasonably priced beverages made for a creative evening.
iDrift is the first of hopefully many smaller events to come leading up to The Drift Art Crawl in October. These gatherings aim to connect artists to each other and to the community. That can only be a good thing.

The first iDrift event was so inspiring, if I may say myself. All the artists and friends that came out and participated made the evening quite special. Watching each canvas take shape and morph over the evening was amazing!!!
